Tirzepatide is a medication that supports metabolic health by helping regulate appetite, blood sugar, and energy balance. It is commonly used as part of a medically guided weight management program. This is an in-clinic appointment at our office inside of HQ Chiropractic for client intake and MD clearance. Once completed, the medication and all supplies are shipped to you. *Results vary by individual.
