Semaglutide is a medication that helps regulate appetite and support healthy blood sugar balance. It is commonly used as part of medically supervised weight management and metabolic health programs. This is an in-clinic appointment at our office inside of HQ Chiropractic for client intake and MD clearance. Once completed, the medication and all supplies are shipped to you. *Results vary by individual. A consultation by our MD is required for clearance before starting or changing any Medical Weight Loss Program.
