Appointments are in person, at our office inside of HQ Chiropractic and the medication and all supplies are shipped to you. A consultation with our MD is required before beginning any Medical Weight Loss programs and is included in the price of the medication. There are no additional fees.

Reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after 24 hours in advance will be charged 50%.
